Dealing with Amy, who books in and looks after the After Sales customers, is an absolute delight! She demonstrates outstanding customer service in her “can-do” behaviour. She is always helpful and will always find the most suitable (and earliest!) date to book you in for any work. She is a joy and pleasure to deal with. Amy is an example of how customer service should be done!

Everything was perfect! All staff from booking to collection were friendly, pleasant and efficient. We were given a lift into Stratford and collected at exactly the specified time. It took us well over an hour to drive from home for our habitation work to be done but it was well worth the time for the service provided.

Collected our brand new Chausson 650 Etape line yesterday July 2024. I have dealt with Amy in after sales and nothing is too impossible she is the aftersales out of all the dealers i have experienced and believe me thats a lot over 10yrs ..

Steve and Bec’s sold us our motorhome at the show then once we were closer to receiving it we were contacted by Barry, I have never had such good customer service everything was done and perfect Barry knows his stuff and went the extra mile so we could have AC In our unit.
