Guide your customers through a range of new and used motorhomes, understanding their requirements and matching them with the perfect vehicle.
Lead and motivate the sales team, set clear goals, manage performance, and make sure all customers have a consistent and positive experience across all sites.
The main point of contact between customers and the workshop, managing bookings, job updates, and aftersales communication.
Handle warranty claims, work with manufacturers, and keep documentation accurate to help resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Make sure all customers have a good experience with River Motorhomes by answering enquiries and managing issues whilst maintaining communication with the sales and aftersales team.
Supervise daily workshop activities by organising technicians’ schedules and supporting the team to uphold high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Perform servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and installations on motorhomes, campervans, and other vehicles, working on habitation, mechanical and electrical tasks.
Oversee the daily workshop workflow by allocating jobs, supporting technicians, and guaranteeing all work is completed efficiently with customer satisfaction as the priority.
Under the guidance of our expert technicians, assist in inspecting and testing motorhome systems whilst maintaining safety and quality standards.
Provide strategic leadership and oversee performance across all departments with the goal to drive long-term business growth.
Maintain consistent processes, standards, and a positive customer experience across all dealership locations.
Support daily operations, manage calls and take bookings, whilst providing a welcoming greeting to all customers.
Assist in invoicing and payroll support, prepare monthly reports and handle general financial administration.
Manage social media platforms, develop campaigns and work closely with the sales team to promote growth across the River Motorhomes brand.
Transport vehicles safely to customers or between locations, perform basic checks, and provide smooth handovers while maintaining high safety and service standards.
